As a home inspector myself, I have met with over 2,500 home buyers and I have seen the attention I get every minute we are together in the home they want to buy. They depend on you and me more than any other person at that time. This offers you a great opportunity to offer them even more value for their money when we tell them about products and services they might never see on their own.
So when I am finished with my inspection I bring out the papers for the buyers to sign – at that moment I point out the fact that they can get more information on products and services if they want. I have a check box on the paper – They check it and I forward their name to Brian for followup.
